Will this BBS Valance fit late models?

Search showed that some fit, some will not. I can't find the actual difference. If it will fit a late model plastic bumper car I will pick it up.

Not without a good amount of modification I believe.

That is for an early model.

Just switch to an early model valance IIRC. It all hides anyway.

That is the 1984-87 BBS valence. It will fit fine under Euro and Diving-Board bumps. I have seen it mounted to a late=model before, but frankly it didn't seem to fit all that well...

That replaces the early model valence... so no it won't work... unless you switch to diving boards in the front. The plastic bumpers and metal bumpers sit differently in terms of spacing and that would be the killer.
Your best bet is to buy it and resell it on here... heck I'd buy it off of you if you pick it up and let you pull a profit for the legwork, and i'm sure other db e30 owners would do the same.

BTW... if you look closely at the picture you will notice where the abs plastic shroud for the diving board bumpers attaches... that will always give it away... (The holes along the top of the valence)

Okay, thanks all. It appears I have to pass on it then.

I would have to look into shipping. It's huge!

that bbs front spoiler looks awesome with euro bumpers. If I had the cash I'd be emailing the seller right now. Someone's going to get a great deal

It'll proabbly fit. You'll just need to tweak, maybe trim and cut it for late bumpers. It's a great deal btw. I would snatch it if I were local.

Took a little bit of cutting, but I got it to fit my car just fine.

this is what the late model version of that valance looks like. Like the mtech2 it bolts up below plastic bumper.

I just bought it. Picking it up saturday. If it is really that hard to fit a late model I will sell it. I have an 88 so I still have db's but plan on switching to plastics some time soon.
