JAnderson's build thread got me thinking, lots of good stuff there.
I never realized how THIN the metal on the engine bay is until you can actually press down on it pretty easily. Welding sheet metal to fill the holes seems like a bad idea since it's very thin.
Would it be acceptable to JB weld sheet metal over the holes, fill, sand down, and prep for paint appropriately?
Or what would be the best way to approach this? Thanks.
