Found this, but it might be an M3, which also used the smaller, early e36 repeaters.

car looks cleaner without. No reason to add them and cut up the fender.

On any other car Im a fan of fender side repeaters. But for some reason the ones for the E30 doesnt look good imo

I'd leave them off. Just one more place for the car to rust, don't make a huge visual or practical difference.

Someone photoshop some on his 4 door. I have also seen oem e30 style smoked repeaters.

I haven't seen the smoked style. Right now I'm planning to use the clear e36 (smaller) version repeaters.

I am a fan, it breaks up the single color some.
