don't pay more than $200 to have it done. If you are headed back to Cincy for anything, there are a couple of yard around where youc an get one for about$50. I can show you/help you install it.

Mine go some new chips on the drive to the PNW Picnic, might need to replace it soon.

But I'll never touch those god damned lockstrips again.

Two day event in Sharonville @ the Ford plant. Great place for a autocross track. Hit it up if you can on www.myautoevents.com. Or just pop on by if you get a chance.

there are some mexicans that come by my shop to replace winshields for our customers.... we get them for about $120 a pop....

I'd call around to local places. If you're looking to go with a new non-factory piece, lots of places can be found on-line. THey actually come to your premises and replace it for you.

If you are in Georgia, or would pay shipping, I have one. You can have it for $25.00

Call any windshield company, and tell them someone else (Magic Glass- fake company, but it will work) said it was $150.

My 525i was going to be almost $300, but I told them another company was going to do it for 185. they called back and said they would do it for 174.

if they replace the seal and the lockstrips, they charge more.

Yeah, the lockstrips are not cheap. I bought a new windshield from the $tealer and it was around $150. If I recall, the lockstrips were as much as the windshield....

I'll be home Friday evening and all day Saturday. Get a windshield and stop by - I have the tool and we can pop it out pretty quickly. If you need me to, I can source one and you can pay me for it when you get here. I had a spare, but it went into the 325es before I sold it.
