        I intend to let the person know how it fits.

        Most people can live with the fitment but I cant, I would like to wash my

        car without getting water in the trunk ha

              Damn, that's really poor fitment. I hope you tell the company how bad it is.

              To answer your question, all non-M3 trunklids will interchange.

                          Yes they do but they are held up differently, say...

                          early cabrios had 1 shock, later ones had 2.

                          i've seen coupes/sedans with underspeaker tensioners that act as a shock, as well as dual shoked ones.
