    I completely agree. It ruins the look of an e30 when they are blacked out.
    I think it's one of those things people do just because they want to modify more things for the sake of modifying, not because it actually looks good.

    I did the same flip flopping routine on my old red e30 too though. I would agree that it looks better on the e36s.

    I think it makes sence on a black car but i generally don't like black kidneys on e30s I do like them e36s though

    I dunno I like it on my car, I flip flop though sometimes I run the black ones sometimes the chrome. Mostly the black.

    You should very well be right. Mine are blacked out but only because mine were severely discolored and pitted. However, I often ponder buying new chrome kidney's.
