If you follow the advice of the super smart person who told you to look over owners cars on this site for wheels, do that...

We'll all end up with the same 8 pairs of wheels. Thats fuckin ghey.

Be unique. The 2nd set of wheels you posted arent that bad. Ignore the arrogant "ricer" comments, I'm willing to bet most of the people with those remarks are driving stock cars since they are "saving for my m50 and SSR's with GC's and an iS/Reiger Lip" again

Wow, lets all make our cars look identical. What a great damn idea. Homogenous E30's!

      YAY!

Incase you cant tell, the tone of this thread has aggrevated me.

how about some clean 15x7 euro bbs basketweaves? hard to track down but probably not any more expensive than the fugly ones you posted. plus they're just badass looking and the perfect size for an E30. :)

I do agree with the homogenity comment.. but not all of us have stock cars! ;)

Go put Alpina Kopi's or RK's on your car and blend in. Ohh wait 15" euro baskets are this months Black! stupid me.

Taste is a matter of style and vice versa. Taste is also something personal, for example Andre's car. Do i like all of it? Almost. How many people hate it? A lot more than like it I bet.

But you know, Andre likes it, and thats the bottom line.

Do you like your stock ride height 325/318? (I cant remember which but it doesnt much matter) Anyways, I dont. Does that make it a bad car to own?

              Get the point?

                Homogenity = bad...... :o

and I want Euro weaves! So stop spreading the word about them. ;)

                See, Nando.....you're spreading the fad. :? ( )

Chris: Very good point in your previous post: Uniqueness is key. (If anyone gets 16" T-stars, TJ will shoot you for copying his style)

Matto: Don't shop on ebay for wheels. Check out Tirerack.com

the funny thing is, after months of trying to figure out what wheels I'd like on my car, I tried out my 15" bbs spare and loved it.. too bad ix 15x7 are just as hard to find for sale as euro bbs. :(

Euro baskets aren't that hard to find, nor expensive.

I know. But if you look at the demographic spread of the e30 community, most are highschool/college students with little to no funding. Hense as Jordan calls them, "Dream modders"

Yes that is a generalization, and I'm sorry if it offends anyone. You can take solace in the fact my car is almost stock too. Just because my father owns a shop doesnt entitle me to massive free shit.

And to those who agreed with my earlier sentiments, thank you, its nice to know others have similar views.

                        to you guys

Jon in the UK has two full sets. I'm sure Greg can get his hands on some too.

Those are American Racing knock-offs. It even says "BBS Style" in the title. They look pretty good to me though, but not as good as real ones.

Heavy @ 15lbs apiece. You'll also need spacers, add another $150 for those. Then add longer wheel bolts/studs $65

But you're on a better track.
