I think there's a little bit of "lost in translation" going on between German & English on the Schmiedermann site. Not un-common, a CF boot to us would mean something you put on you feet to snowboard - to the British it would mean a trunk deck.
What they show as an M Tech lip (your pic on their web sight) is what we refer too as a plastic bumper - below that piece is the M Tech valance - below that goes the "lip" spoiler (not in the pic.). I have gone thru their sight pictures looking at all the different aero pieces/kits etc. They do not show a picture of what is being referred to as an "M Tech II lip" in this thread. See pic, it is the black/grey narrow piece on the bottom of the M Tech valance.

My response in post #117 answers the question about your valance/lip combination. I think you were asking if this fab'd E36M3 lip would fit on your early style sport valance. No, not in it's current configuration - BUT a small amount of additional countouring along with a little more narrowing (adjust the original cut) it could be made to fit nicely. The process of modifying the E36 lip could be slightly changed so that it fit any number of E30 valances.
