I called the stealership to get a quote on an m-tech kit, and they said that they can no longer get m-tech kits for e30s. Is this true or did I just have a lazy sales rep? thnaks guys

It's $4,000-5,000 for the full kit if they can even source one for you... you got that kind of flow? -

When I was 16 I found a 1972 Trans Am with a SD 455 & a four speed in perfect condition but without all it's flares/ trim pieces. The dealer wanted 2500.00 (in 1978) for them & the owner wanted 4k for the car, way out of my league at the time, so My dream of a 455 with a 4 speed died :(

Chris got his from BMW AG with no problems. Id try checking with homebase one last time but if MIke says they are out then it might not be good news.
Now apparently the Mtec1 stuff is easier to find and that is all that will realistically fit your car. Mtec2 is not only expensive but wont fit your car.Im now E30less.
