This has happened to mine sporadically since it was new. I just put the window down & back up after closing the door to reseat. Sometimes months go by without it happening again, in fact now that I think of it it hasn't happened since May when an asshole put a rock through it and I replaced the window.

Mine does that. If i close the door with the window up, i have to push in on it to get it ot seal. If i put the window up with the door closed, it seats fine.

I think it has to do with the little adjustment screw, and the window traveling too far up.

I'm in the same boat. The stealer wanted some ungodly amount to alighn the windows and top. Some day I'll pull off all the interior panels and figure it out.

The bently outlines it pretty well, and while i replaced my drivers side door lock, i figured i'd try it. I got it to eathier sit up WAY to high, or sit down about an inch below the top, never could get it lower. Took a while to get it where it was now.

The fact i had a few beers in me probably did not help the "fine adjustment" part though.

there is a adjustment screw on the doors just about the map pockets that will move the window up or down... It's an easy fix that takes 5 minutes. Just remove the round plastic cover to access the adjuster.

you can see the round cover on the passenger door in this pic just above the map pocket.

Hm, thanks mike. The bently had me tearing apart the door to get to what is probably the same screw/nut

                        Okay that's incredible.
I've had this problem for a while and I never got around to taking the door apart to look at it.

                        You know what,
i'm going out right now to have a look through that hole :)

What i want to know is how the HELL little pebbles and such get in the bottom of the doors that are sealed up from the factory.

I checked the hole by the map pocket but there it was covered with insulation.
