it is legal. but you need to have rocket permit, be 16, complete motorcycle training with certificate. Alot of work. Anyways I like those seats, If they are legitimate then go for it. 280 is cheap as fuuuuck . If they are replica's fuck it get it anyways.

are they real sparco's or chinese knock offs ?
280 is a great price, but if they're junk, then its not worth the time to screw with em.
