17 and no. A street bike wouldn't count as a car

Why does # of owners matter? Or by you saying you're the only one who rides it, do you mean that you badger him and badger him and he lets you take it out once a month to the end of the block

I'm not sure. But I bring the bike to school once a week, I can use it whenever I want, but I'm trying to keep the mileage low.

The bike is in my dads name, but I'm the only one who rides it. He doesn't want to transfer ownership because he's only the second owner
