Those seats in the picture are the Milanos I believe. My Dad has them in his autocross car and they are pretty comfy. My parents (both in thier 60s) took an 8 hour road trip in them last year to a 928 meet and both said they were surprisingly comfy. I know he paid a ton more than that second hand so if you can get them for that cheap, do it. You can then sell them for way more than you paid and have your seats recovered or even run them.

280 is a great price, but if they're junk, then its not worth the time to screw with em.
