Not sure. When I did mine it was on an early car, there was no anchor there so I welded one in.
Later cars might already have it, I dunno. Even if not, you could get by with just drilling a hole and bolting it in with a plate behind it as you would do with a five point harness. Access in that area might be tricky with the fuel tank in the way though...
