ebay.de shift knob- can't find anything like it on US

At first glance, it looks exactly like all the other ebay.us ebay shift knobs they have, but if you look closely you can see the pattern of the seam is much different.

I love how it looks but can't find it on ebay.us at all.
Anyone have a PN or has seen it on our ebay?
