I'm upgrading the status of this product to "miracle-worker." My car smells SOOO much better now. I'm not sure how they do it, but they work REALLY well. I recommend them 100%!!

Read my post above. I think that it works wonderfully. Ozium will damn near kill you if you inhale too much of it. I like that I can just keep one of the griots things under my seat at all times.

I'll need to send back my Italian Air Horn though... it stopped working.

Good to hear the oder ext worked out. I haven't used it yet, but I think I might pick one up now.

Exchange it out for the new one. We have a compact one that is the same price, black, and sounds the same.

Ken, let us know how long that odor thing lasts. $7 + shipping a month could really add up if they don't last that long.

The thing is like a small tub of margarine, with a foil peel-back cover on it. They recommend to just poke some holes in the foil to keep the interior smelling fresh (and state it will last about 6-8 weeks that way). Since I had two, I just pulled the whole lid off of the first one to get rid of all of the odors in my car. Griot's says it will last about a month without the foil on it, but it looks as if it's going to last longer than that.

It's been in there for only 10 days now, and I can't believe how well it's working. It's definitely one of the best 'cleaning' products I've ever purchased.

Keep us updated, I might just have to snag one of these. My interior just smells... weird.

take the carpet all the way out of the car and steam clean it. steam clean the mats too. take the headliner down and vacuum it and spray it with something that absorbs odors, but dont steam it, it will ruin it.

i've found that "that new car smell" spray from autozone or kragen, i cant remember which one, mimics the new car smell very good. its a bit strong at first but just spray it in your car when you leave over night. after awhile it will just stay as the smell in the car.

also use lexol cleaner/conditioner. i really like those ones, and they smell good. after you use the cleaner and when you first put the conditioner on, put it on thick with your fingers and not a rag. let it sit, then put it on with a rag a second time like a day later.

Ozium is great. Ive baked out my dads all cloth interior 4runner and sprayed that stuff 5 minutes before he got in the car and he had no idea.

Just bought some ozium tonight at work (advance auto), and I have to say that the stuff is awesome. It doesnt really smell like new car to me, but its a nice new leather/ leather treatment kinda smell, very nice.
