Removing fan speed control switch assembly

I am trying to replace my heater/radio/OBC trim bezel. IN doing so, I will need to swap over the fan speed switch to the replacement bezel. How does it come out of the old one??? Looks like theres a little copper disc holding the stalk into the piece but I see no easy way of getting it out??

take the 3 adjustment plastic adjusters off. then pop the lil panle on the back of that.. then there will be 4 screws. take them off. and thats it.
