Years ago I bought a used dash with a dime sized bubble in the contour of the storage tray. Over the years, it has grown 2-3x it's original size. So I sliced it open and filled it with 3M windshield adhesive and used a socket to keep it contoured while drying. I'm pretty satisfied with the results and it's in an inconspicuous area anyway. I'm just curious what others have done to remedy bubbling.

I haven't done it but my thought was to use a syringe so as not to cut it.Seat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. Email John or Garrett at ninestitch1@gmail.com

In my case, poking a hole did nothing since it was in the contour. I had done that but had to make the cuts larger just to get the vinyl back down. I think if it was smaller and on a flatter surface then perhaps a syringe would have sufficed."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj
