If you have a rear seat that accepts headrests, are the rear headrests specific, or will another set from the front seats work?

I had an extra set done when I did my interior and I made no distinction between from and rear. I did notice that some have notches in the down posts and some dont but that just means they wont stay up, so they will go in the rearSeat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch.
