0295 Tan Interior Door Panel Mismatch

I know this has driven someone other than myself crazy, but I am having an extremely difficult time aligning the colors of my 0295 M3 door panels.

The cards, pockets, and handles are all different in color. I know they will not all match, but am trying to bring the color number down from 3 to 2.

I have tried the "E30" color bond paint, and it is far too dark as seen in the photos. I have also tried several different pockets and pulls and cannot get the two to match perfectly on each door, or side to side.

Does anyone have a good paint to use on both the handles and pulls so they are both the same color?

I had great luck when I had the same issue with the plastic pieces in my M6 using custom mixed Omni Pak. The supply store used their scanner to get a perfect color match off a piece that wasn't exposed to the sun. They even tweaked the color a bit for a perfect match.

Awesome, thanks a ton, that looks great!

What supply store did you use?

It was a local independent ownership supply shop. I would search Omni Pak and see if they can give you the name of a local shop that has their system.

Contacted a buddy who owns a body shop, apparently Omni was previously owned by PPG but got bought out and is now called Shopline.

          Still on the hunt.

I am not sure those two, Dupont's Omni paint line and Omni Pak, are the same. I was under the impression that Omni Pak was something separate but, I could be wrong. There are other companies where you can buy factory colors in a spray can but, the advantage of a locally mixed product is they can scan your interior and match the color almost perfectly.
