Speedware only can use flat.
Low wedge can use height adjustable.

Not sure
But I'm pretty sure this is where I got my cheap sliders from
GMP Performance (German Motoring Products) was established in 1975 specializing in European automotive enhancements tailoring wheel and tire packages, sport tuned suspensions, engine performance upgrades, exhaust systems and big brake kits.
As you can tell from my passenger seat, it would seem that the outside handle would be the way to go. I ordered the inside thinking it might not be tabbed, but it was and had to cut them off / drill... but won't be an issue with Wedge.

i called wedge a lady answered the phone and i asked about which would fit my e30 325is. however she said that she didnt see one for the e30 but they had for like..e36,e21,e24 but no e30. she said to call back tomorrow when the sales manager is working. does anyone know if wedge makes one for the e30? or would i have to use one from a different chasis?

So the tabs on the slider are too long and hit the floor, not allowing me to get them in the lowest setting. Once it warms up a little I will be doing some grinding to gain that extra .5"
