recaro bracket question

lol, im about 5'7" so i think the speedware might be too low, the lower version of wedge brackets are taller right? and will i be able to use the height adjustable recaro sliders with these?

The normal bracket might be okay for you at that height. I'm 5'11 but much of my height is in my trunk - my head sits around where a normal 6'2ish person would be when seated.

I couldn't wear a helmet with tall recaro bracket style and being 6'1".

Speedware only can use flat.
Low wedge can use height adjustable.

thanks for the input i have decided to get the lower wedge bracket with the recaro adjustable sliders. does anyone know if wedge carries recaro sliders? im going to give them a call tomorrow

As you can tell from my passenger seat, it would seem that the outside handle would be the way to go. I ordered the inside thinking it might not be tabbed, but it was and had to cut them off / drill... but won't be an issue with Wedge.

i called wedge a lady answered the phone and i asked about which would fit my e30 325is. however she said that she didnt see one for the e30 but they had for like..e36,e21,e24 but no e30. she said to call back tomorrow when the sales manager is working. does anyone know if wedge makes one for the e30? or would i have to use one from a different chasis?

wedge definitely makes one for e30. both I and mr. entities have it.

So the tabs on the slider are too long and hit the floor, not allowing me to get them in the lowest setting. Once it warms up a little I will be doing some grinding to gain that extra .5"
