Agreed. I had one on my previous 5spd. I wanted to get it back but forgot to take it off when I sold it. Now Ive been rocking the E46 ZHP weighted knob. Whoa! Perfect with my Z4 2.5 short shift.

E30 M3 knob (also known as the doorknob knob,) preferably the single-piece version.

Mine just came in after waiting 3 months. My favorite by far. The suede one is even better.
