Piggy back for euro clock

Hey guys new on here , I bought a euro clock but people tell me that I need a piggy back for it and I only see one person on eBay that sells it and it shoes he’s away right now , anyone have links of where I can get it from or if I need it at all thank you !

Bimmerworld used to show just the adapters but now it looks like you have to get the clock with them. I ordered mine off eBay from e30love, they have a website as well if that is not the same seller.
