    I like it. I miss seeing dashes that match the rest of the int. like in older cars.

      Not bad... i thought about doing the 2 tone in my car, with mabye the console tan as well.

      I refinished my door and rear interior panels and door pulls\map pockets with leatherique dye matched to my new natural leather seats. It has stuck very well and looks almost factory.

      what did you brother use to paint it?

      def need more pics...

        My brother used a Dupont vinyl dye. It seems to be holding up pretty well. He only prepped it with soap and water. He was origionally going to paint it black because it was faded, but then went to the store and couldnt decide between gloss and flat black so he chose tan. lol.

        I will tell him to take more pics!

          I had a long talk with my older brother about changing the color of the dash before I recovered the interior of my car to match all perty :giggle:. My bro., who's an upholsterer told me that the dash on the E30 had been made black to deflect sunlight along with the upper part of the sun-visors. If you notice regardless of the color of the car, the dash stayed black. It kind of made sense so I just kept mine crispy black but I'm not all against this change it's different so I guess I LYkeZZ.

            It looks great. A welcome change from the standard black. I like the tan console also.

                  I can dig it, assuming the car is red or green. All E30s have black dashes = boring.

                        Haha well, one big factor was the glare that was mentioned. I have driven the car in the sun and it has more glare than a black dash but not enough to bother me, and little things bother me when its dealing with my vision, so as a tough critic It passed my test.

                        :)

                                I think an all gray dash would rock ass.

                                Some black bits, of course, but yeah.
