I got them and put them on my lows and fogs, they all worked, then like the 4th time I turned them on one of the bulbs blows in the fogs(35w 6000k). They have a warranty but they are gonna have an excuse. Do I try to send them back or don't even bother and just buy more of them?

I have NFC how to offer help or advice, but would you please keep R3V updated on what happens, both with DDM and with the HID fogs?
BTW, is this for early or late fogs?

That's too bad. I've read reviews about DDM and their HID bulbs and I know it's basically playing roulette to see if your bulbs don't burn out. I guess I got lucky.
Call their number and complain and if nothing works, try to get to a upper level management type of guy to complain to.
Also, post over on Bimmerforums, they have their own subforum and the owner is usually willing to help out.
but keep r3v updated.

I had talked with them before I ordered mine a couple of months ago (5000k 35W H1) and the worst part about the warranty would have been the wait between sending the bulb or unit in and them returning it to you. If its faulty, they won't send you a replacement or anything until they receive the actual faulty equipment first, then they will go about getting you another one. When I ordered from them the first time, they sent me H7s instead and I was lucky enough to get a 2 week turnaround time.

Yea I'm planing on calling in tomorrow and I will post updates as to what kind of customer service I get.
I wouldn't worry about it, buy them, I just got unlucky, you get what you pay for.
Yea EA8 thats what I fear the most waiting like 2 months and then them being like no, cant help ya.
And they are not interchangeable, if they burn out then you have to buy a new set. Plain and simple. Sucks ass.

I am pretty sure they should be ... the only difference would be the type of connectors the other companies use. even if they were different connectors, you could just solder the wires and call it a day.

I think when I get another set for the wifes car, I am gonna buy a spare set too.
Seems like it might be handy to have a spare, just in case.Comment
