    Alright after pulling all of the lights out and checking them, all of them are 100% fine and actually pretty new, the wiring is all original
    the fuses are all fine, and the K3 relay is not original, I think we found our suspect!!!

    They are sealed beams. All 4 come on, on high's. So there is no need to do a relay jump.

    If you're really cheap. Just pull out the working lights on the drivers side and plug into the pass side to see if they work. Then when they do, go out and buy new lights.

    Which relay would that be dealing with? and when I took out the high beam fuses, and hit the highs, both outers went out. when i put in fuse number 2 and hit the highs, the drivers side inner came on (thats it) when i put in number 1 fuse and removed number 2 the highs did not do anything, just turned off outers.

    alright, further inspection shows that fuses 1,2,13,14 are fine. They are sealed beams
