my main concern is are my balast connectors from my hella stuff along with my hella ballasts compadible with the FX-R projectors themselves.

          is that stuff pretty universal?

trooper, I would ditch the DDMs and get something OEM if I were you. I'm running Philips 81522+ bulbs (about 4000K and some extra lumens over 4300K), OEM bulbs will run cooler and last longer than DDM crap. Philips, Hella, Osram, etc.

Mine will fog up whenever you sneeze in their direction. After car washes, rain, etc. They still work fine but I'd prefer to keep the condensation out.

If you're referring to me, you are mistaken. I run mine as high as I can without blinding people. There is not a whole lot of a functional point in a retrofit if you do not.

Perhaps its just the angle of the video, or the slope of the ground etc. It make it look like they are pointed at the curb from 15' away. Your sig pic looks spot on though.

Sounds like its doable but it won't have any trace of color. It will look like a 250w halogen bulb.
