is it worth it to buy the morimoto elite hid kit? or save some money and just use ddm ballasts + morimoto bulbs?

I'm currently running DDM ballasts with the Morimoto bulbs, and its nice and bright. Definitely a huge upgrade from the DDM bulbs. I have no doubt that the morimoto ballasts are far superior, but until my DDM's crap out, I don't see myself upgrading.

I've got 35W DDMs on my E36 and I can tell you that the ballasts suck. One of them usually takes 4 or 5 attempts before it fires. I actually sent it back to DDM for replacement and the new one does the same thing. If you're on an extreme budget, they'll do and that's fine - the light output is massively better than stock, but if you can swing it, stay away.
