      Yeah, its a mtech2 wing.

Do euro plate fillers still fit us plates? I'm thinking all read tails and body colored euro filler.

Robert you bastard! I'm actually planning to pick up a 2nd set of tails, so that I can paint those (red corner) and try them on. This also saves me from having to use messed up lights if I muck up the painting.

Hmmmm.......Jay, you just reminded me there is a parts car at the dealership that's been there for like 5 months. I think I will steal the tails off it. :)

p.s. The rivalry continues. Who will have the better tails first? ;)

Hmmm, wish I had some 88+ tails sitting around. You and your free shit...

Mine will be a while, looking at like May project. I'm not going out there unless it's like 70 degrees.

They won't be free, unless I do steal them. But more likely I will ask the guy if I can take it off his hands. The front valence shows of a wreck, and he used the engine in another car. It's probably a parts car he's too lazy to get rid of. It's been parked in the same spot for 5+ months.

I can help him out. 8) Both the front and rear of my bumpers are messed up, expecially with broken trim. The parts car has two good bumpers and good trim. It also has bottle caps and tires I wouldn't mind smokin! And it has Ellips I could put in mine.

We'll see. But it would be cool to pick up the bumper trim, spare front turn signals to smoke, spare side markers to smoke, and spare tails to smoke. Oh, and 14" shitty tires to smoke. :P

I won't do anything to my tails until I'm sure of what I want. I should smoke the turn signals, sidemarkers, install the euro plate filler, paint the Is Spoiler black, and fix my tweaked rear valence before that, and repaint the side sills and rear valence black again.

But either a light smoke (not as dark as Matt's) or a beautiful red (Like adam's) would be my choices.....

my car is red and i did my tails in all red too, i also switch the amber driving lamps out with red ones and tinted the from turns red also. Now at first it was a lot of red but at night with the just the driving lights on the car looks mean

If i were you i would i would lightly tint the amber so theres the hint of red-orange and then add a light tint on smoked so that you get a mix of everyones taillights. Just my opinion.

It would be hard to do a light smoke-tint and have it come out good.

Not neccessarily **light**, but not smoked to night. I'm not looking to completely hide the amber color, but mask it a lil. I just need for my lights to be easily visible while changing up the appearance. I hope to pick up some spare tails first.

                            HOT smoked tails on red:

Red tails on red car: notice how it kinda blends in:

Euro plate fillers CAN fit US plates with trimming. I trimmed a rectangle the length of the locking mechanism and about 3/4" deep out of my old plate just messing around and it fits without hanging off the bottom of the plate filler.

I think on your car i would do smoked tails, but thats just me. Im doing smoked on my car w/ a plate filler (my car is alpineweiss), and i have smoked tails on the e28. Its just somethin different, I like it
