Euro ellips install problem

I used James write up on how to install the ellips and Im having problems. My city lights are working but none of my other lights are working properly. My high beams dont work at all and my low beams only work when I turn the high beams on. Does anyone have any idea what Ive done wrong?

for the low beam only on high beam problem...
this is if you went from sealed to euro:
there was 3 wires total from the low beam sealed light. a ground (brown) and two other wires (one blue and one blue with a white stripe (I THINK IT WAS LIKE THAT)) you need to switch the one power wire with the other one for you lows to work normally. so instead of blue with white stripe, use only the blue with the ground. get it?

Sealed beam cars low beams have 3 wires. Brown (ground) White/blue stripe(Low beam) and Yellow/blue stripe(High beam). My guess is that you have the yellow/blue wire hooked up to the low beams instead of the white/blue wire. Check all the wiring.
