Ebay is a good source for NIB Smiley Headlights. Be ready to pay top $$ though.

Not that long ago it was available to buy a brand new complete EURO headlight for around 400 USD, I`m sure you can inquire any BMW parts dealer about this and ask them to check the catalogue for single parts.

I'm betting the price is competitive. I paid around $400 for my smoked Hella's back in the day, but that was along time ago. Just for reference, ONE light housing for an E90 is around $1000, and it doesn't include the bulbs or ballast..

Im looking into Abraham but that price has me lightheaded lol. In the end I'll probably end up going this route but now I'm just searching for cheaper brand new oem options.

                    smiley option with citilights:
(you'd have to run the sealed beam buckets to run these)

Cibie, Hella, Marchal, Carello stockists. E-code headlamps, fog lamps, driving lamp, bulbs, and full technical support and assistance
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

Fuck I can't stand when people ASSume. Who's complaining? Where did I say that they're too expensive? I think you should reread my post main man. I understand why the price is what it is and I have no prob paying it and I'm 90% sure im going this route . I'm just (like I said I'm my prior post) looking for cheaper brand new OEM options and if I can find any I'll most likely (like I said in my prior post) go the route of Abraham.

Just because I feel like I should say this, you can buy a used set of Bosch lights for a LOT less and end up with a superior product in most cases. The projector buckets are metal, not plastic; this means more longevity and more durable reflector material. You can disassemble and clean then very well in maybe an hour per pair. If that's not your thing I understand, just wanted to inform you.

For reference, mine came out great:
