    fog lights or not?

When I got my valance it had one good fog and one cracked one. I have them in and working for now, but I upgraded my headlights and I can tell no difference with the fogs on or off. I really dont need them but im not sure I will like the blanks on my car. I really need to get a set of brake ducts, but does anyone have any covers or know how much they go for?

They are cheap, from the dealer. I came very close to going that route, but opted to buy a brand new set of fogs and throw on some urethane film instead. I really like the way the car looks at night, especially with the independent fog mod.

I always use my fogs. they work especially when it's dark and raining hard, they illuminate the reflectors on the road for quite a distance.

that said, blanks are a little different, and they'd take some weight off the front of your car. I like my fogs, but I could go either way really.

Id keep them if I could get that one fixed without spending a premium. Like I said, ive got 9005s converted in my lowbeams, but i think they still need adjusting. I think they look better than the blanks, and it looks good when they are lit. One problem I have is that since i jumped my lows and highs (due to us ellipsoid swap) the fogs stay on when the high beams are on. Its both not necessary as well as a large power drain. Anyone have a fix for that besides turning them on/off with the switch?

Im also thinking i can get some money for them if i sell them since i do have at least one good one. Anyone know where i could get just one lens?

          Keep the fogs.

Even if they don't do much for you, they look great from outside.

I haven't had any problems drawing too much power with highs/lows and fogs on at the same time. I don't think there is any solution for that either, unless you really want to hack into the wiring and setup your own relays. I almost never use the highbeams anyway..

It's really up to you. You could sell your fogs for more than the fog light blanks cost, but then they need to be painted ($40???). Or you could buy new fog light lenses for around the same price as painting the blanks.

My personal opinion is that these cars look really good with the fogs in place. I can't really remember seeing one with the covers, but I think the fogs kinda balance out the front end of our cars.... I dunno if you know what the hell im talking about, but anyways, I'd just replace the fogs :D

Mine are kinda nasty and I would like to get some new ones.

If the fogs aren't brand new, I think the blanks look a lot better.

I agree, my fogs are about a year old and look good. But I don't think I could drive without them because my sealed beams suck too much ass.
