Thanks nando! It's not touching the cover is it? I don't want to start melting stuff. :)

I did it behind my fender well on the Lotus. I guess you could do the same here, as long as you have a full fender liner.

Not sure if no your referring to me or not. This is the only pic I have right now. So the power hooks up directly to the wires inside the cap. Red is hot. I was lazy and just hooked up the wires to the existing connectors inside the cap. The two black wires are the ones to the bulb.

Just drill 2 tiny half holes on the rim of the headlight where the cap goes on, then just put the wires in those slots and the gasket on the other side will seal it pretty will, just make sure the slots arent too big so the wire doesnt wiggle around in it. I wish I could explain it better to you but Ive done this in my e36 and the results were very good.

Do you have any pictures of what you did?

I just bought a set of hids from Apexcone and also have euro lights. Need to drill the hole in the end cap.

I'll take pictures and post them up when I'm done.

    Less than $20 each.

I am all done and installed. It was simple. The lights are very sweet! Now I just need to aim the housings! haha! I still have not done that.

I cut and removed the wires I didn't use. They must be for bi-xenon.

yay - screw it. I am going with a 1" hole, and using the gasket. They make new caps every day.

I will but a bead of RTV seal on the outer and inner lip.
