Hella Smoked Headlights Question

... so out of the 6 years that I've been a technician, this is the 1st that I've heard that soldering wire is bad for cars... If you solder the wire correctly you shouldn't have any problems with the connection being weak. Anyways, I saw that people were soldering it when I was searching through the forum because I didn't know what pin to jump. Currently I have it as the wire just lying across the pins with the relays ontop.
