Any ideas? My windows/ window switch lamps still have power after i have switched the ignition off. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or had similar problems?

I do have something similar going on with my car. I get power
to the switch if one of my door is open enough so the dome
lights are on...
It only works if the dome lights are on if there not then I don't
have power to the switchs.
I think its kinda neat but don't think its supose to be that way...

Alright so I'm having the same issue(if its an issue at all). I'm just wondering, is it normal to always have power to the windows?
I'm just trying to figure out what is draining my battery. I let it sit for 2 days and my battery is dead.'87 Zinno 325eComment

Wow, that's a new one.
Pull Fuse 19, see if the window switches are still lit with the door open.-Dave

What are you thinking? That's that switch is directional with respect to current flow? I'd have to look, but I'd doubt it.Originally posted by Matt-Bhey does anyone know anyone who gets upset and makes electronics?Comment

Mine also work if my front doors are open enough to trigger the dome lights (basically when the door switches are grounded). Doesn't work with the rears open though.Comment

How will I know if its reversed? And you are talking about the window circuit breaker switch for the windows right?I know that thing works because I was sitting in my car with the windows up wondering why they wouldn't go down when I first got the car.
I will try that tomorrow when there is light out.
I don't have an alarm system.'87 Zinno 325eComment
