As the subject states. The PO of my car installed a door off of another car and it doesn't lock/unlock with the drivers side lock. Also the truck won't lock or unlock either door. I feel as though it may not have central locking. I figured they all had it after my POS optionless 325e had it.

check the bottom of the lock cylinder in your trunk if it has an actuator. if you have one then you have central locking.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Since you're in the US, given the cars listed in your sig since you don't mention which....yes you have central locking. They put it in everything, even the 84 318i I believe."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

I have seen one other 318is without central locking, also a march build car.
These guys seem to think they came standard. Maybe yours just doesn't work?"I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

If you really REALLY want it, I can do it, but it ain't gonna be cheap. You would also have to add the wiring into the doors, which would require splicing the door jamb wiring as well...assuming you don't have the harness.
If you wanna find out if you have that harness, what you would want to do is take your drivers speaker out and look for a white plug, 2 rows, about 12 or 14 wires on it. IF you do that, take a pic (NOT a cell phone pic please, I need to see wire colors) and post it here.
But to answer your question, yes, it could be done.
