    Those are pretty sweet.

I always wanted to make some sealed 8" boxes there. Just too much work to mass produce.

    Luke, very nice work.

l love the amount of research you do and the fact that you're open and honest about it.

Luke, a few years ago while surfing net I came across this aftermarket 1/4 panel speaker pods.
managed to loose link, :( , but somehow my latest cabrio came with them 8) , have you seen them ?

    6.5"s are a posibility there.

Alrighty,, I paid a visit to Jim at Streamline in Vancouver Wa and got my DD 1508's. Streamline is the only dealer for these anywhere in this area.
These two little guys should be plenty for me, Jim demo'd his single 1508 in his personal car for me. Damn, on a 1000w this little sub does it dirty.
I'm so excited to get this box made, time for some Lukeness!!!!

What's a good time to reach you, I just tried to give you a call a dew minutes ago,
I was under the impression you sealed the box and sealed it up against the cabin and used the cabin to complete the 4th order,
Is this a 6th order box that you are building?

John, this design is neither ported or sealed, it is a true bandpass enclosure.

I will mock that driver up later today. The Type R is looking pretty good, but that TC "Epic" is not gonna fly. It has the worst output I have ever seen...81db for 1 watt? Hell no, that will not fly at all.

Give me a call later today if you can.

Luke, gonna go audition a DD1508 tonight, I know I was talking twin 8w7's but From what I've gathered; the W7 is better on paper and the 1508's are better in play. The question is, can we port the box AND get the port in the cabin? The 1508's do best in a vented enclosure.

Yeah that looks great, way better than having an amp sticking out of the side of the quarter panel lol... But I think I can get away with just 2 amps after thinking about it.
Give me a call when you can I'm gonna try to mash all this in the car soon, except for the subs. I bought those before I realized I was an idiot, endless you can work some magic to get one in the car.
