Precisely. You are not confused at all. The price includes the box and the porting kit. Installation will be the diffucult part on all of these. Precise cutting is required, if you are in any way unsure of your skills, have them cut by a pro, best done with a plasma cutter.
There will be 3 ways to buy:
1st, partially finished, where only the woofer side is carpeted, so the foam gasket stays in place. You can figure out how to make it pretty, if you choose to.
2nd, fully upholstered, so you can mount your amps directly on the back of the box. This is much better looking...but trying to make it look "finished" is tough. There are pics in this thread showing that.
3rd, fully upholstered plus the amp rack...which is the part I am currently working on.
The amp rack will be lit with an LED strip and cool the amps with a fan, since it has a plexiglass window, like this:

By the way, I am close enough to feel confident that these will be ready to sell soon, so I am taking deposits.
PM me or better yet email me for details: sales@germanaudiospecialties.com
Thanks!

Are the motors the only thing getting on the way?
Or is there some other body protuberance that impedes the box's intallation?
Thanks.Leave a comment:

I have a working power top car right now. You can have it for a few weeks if you want.Leave a comment:

No love for the power top guys, sorry.
In fact, since no one has bought these boxes, if/when I develop the power top box I am gonna do pre-paid orders only. I spent hours and hours (literally 2 weeks) perfecting the thing and built a few...only sold one.
Not what you wanna call good return on investment.Leave a comment:
