    turn signal problem! help please!

    flasher relay makes a buzzing! i've changed with two working relays, as well as another working signal stalk....still doesn't work...


    1989 325is / 2.7, 274 cam, e30 M3 5-lug
    1989 LN106 Hilux / 3.0TD SFA
    1974 2002tii / stock
    2002 IS300 / 5spd LSD

    There is likely a short somewhere causing a high load on the flasher and making it buzz (basically it is flashing at VERY high speed). I'd start by looking at the bulbs at each corner, cleaning the sockets and checking all the grounds. This type of stuff is usually caused by corroded sockets.

      will do. happens both left and right directions; hazards also no dice.

        How do you suggest cleaning the sockets?

          sand them, contact cleaner, etc. Try another hazard switch Mike. Easy enough to change out and it does affect other things as well.
