    Resettable fuses

I need to do some electrical troubleshooting and I don't want to burn through a dozen fuses.
Where can I purchase some resettable fuses or what are my other options for a 7.5 fuse?

you could use a circuit breaker.

Make some spade to ring leads

use in place of fuse and your good

normal RV style needs to be removed from power source to reset (simply unplug)

7.5 isn't an option with any of those, though.

I want something I can grab off the shelf today at Radio Shack or Target or Autozone because otherwise I won't get around to it for a while. It's a low priority issue where when I connect my washer fluid level sensor to the harness my high beams come on. Then I noticed I had a blue relay I'd never seen on any one else's car. I found out it's the euro wiring for the rear fog lights and the wiring is in the fuse box. I pulled the relay and then my lights didn't go on when I plugged in the level sensor but I started blowing the sensor fuse.

I shouldn't even have that relay wiring because I have a US VIN. So the whole thing is confusing and now I've got the afternoon to fiddle with it and see what I can see but I don't want to keep blowing fuses. If worse comes to worse I'll just buy a 10 pack of fuses.

Correctly done diagnosing can and should be done with the battery disconnected generally. If you are blowing fuses for some reason, the best bet is to disconnect the battery and start troubleshooting.

Go to a junkyard. They have millions of fuses!
