The SQ is better with the rears?Originally posted by nickmp0werthe SQ of the fronts is great. It just doesnt sound as good as the fronts and rears.
If SQ = louder, then that would be true, too bad that's not the case.
Are the rears a different speaker?
As far as getting bass in, punch out your ski hole... thats about it if you don't want to get creative with it.

I like the sound comming from the front as well as the rear no matter how quite or loud it is. mb quart 5 1/4 in the front and i think 6.5 in the backComment

Nope. Not this thread. Every other audio thread...but a "how to" on removing rear speakers?Originally posted by marakkaLuke has alluded to earlier in this thread.
This is a Frustrated Munky if there ever was one.
BTW, punch out your ski hole, leave them rear speakers alone.

it will sound like shit with the larger speakers in the rear unless you turn the rears way down. But, why bother putting oversized back there in the first place if you will just have to turn them down?Originally posted by nickmp0werI like the sound comming from the front as well as the rear no matter how quite or loud it is. mb quart 5 1/4 in the front and i think 6.5 in the back
I have only front speakers and a sub, and have no complaints.
