Removed Viper Alarm, car won't start.

I am swapping to uncracked dash so I decided to remove the viper alarm system since it wasn't working anyway and also wanted to fix my central locking system. I followed all the wires behind the viper box and removed all connections. I disconnected the relay that connects to the black/yellow wires which is I think for the ignition switch. Now it won't crank whenever I turn the ignition. When I disconnect the battery and reconnect it, the lights/wipers/etc will turn on when I switch the ignition to on for the first time, then when I try to start it everything shuts down again and still no crank. I think it's because of a kill switch but I removed all that I can find that is connected to the alarm system. Photos of some wiring below. Thanks in advance for your help.

Removed Viper Alarm system and some subwoofer wiring.

I rewired this black/yellow wire that is for the ignition starter signal. This was connected to a Bosch relay to the Viper Alarm System.

There are some wires I removed from here that were connected from the alarm system. Do I need to plug anything here to make the ignition work?

Also there were some wires connected to this box. I am actually not sure what this box is. It has blue, red, orange and black wires. The red and blue connects to the small red light in the dash. Black is a ground wire to chassis. Orange is disconnected right now and not sure where it goes. I believe it was connected to the relay in the alarm system before I removed it.

I would go ahead and test those ignition wires again with a meter or probe. Verify battery 12 volts, accessory with one turn of key, ignition with two turns of key, and crank signal on your repaired wire (during crank.)

Make sure you ignition connectors are seated tightly too.

If you see crank signal on the blk/yel, then the problem lies elsewhere and not the ignition wiring. Make sure the car is in park or neutral switch is pressed in.

You can also test crank signal at the small wire at the starter. This should help you narrow down where the signal is or is not.

Thanks for the response. I got it to start before I saw your message. I just cleaned out everything and reconnected all stock wiring to make sure they are right. Also made sure battery connections are good since battery has been disconnected for a while.

Btw, is that transparent box in the 4th pic familiar to you? I want to make sure this is not stock before I remove it. The wires were connected to a small red light in the dash that also connects to the alarm system.

      Thanks again.

Looks like it could be a digital tilt sensor or an older non digital tilt sensor. It might even be an old impact sensor. One of those, remove it. Its definitely not stock.
