    Speaker Wire Harness

I know very little about car audio - please bear with me.

    The car is a '91 325i.

The PO installed an aftermarket headunit - he cut off the original radio harness and spliced in the aftermarket piece. Does anyone know the part number for the OE wire harness or a model number for an aftermarket replacement?

    TIA!

I think the single big radio harness started in 1992. So your 1991 might not have a single harness. That year and older came with a bunch of little plugs and single wires. See the wiring diagram and radio installation info on the e30.

However, if you really want a disconnect harness. You can buy a generic BMW harness and reverse harness. You can pick these up at any car audio store like Best buy, fry's, local shops, etc.
