13 button Obc calculations not working.

I was wondering if anyone else have had that problem, my obc works, time, temp, code, and all that jazz but none of the calculations work like avg mpg or speed. I always thought it was just the Si batteries but i just changed the whole Si board and now the service lights work and the Eco thing in the cluster work now. Before I put the car away to restore the body they would work one day and not the next, but now they just don't do anything.

When I changed the Si board I noticed that plug in the bottom front left on the cluster. It plugs right into the board and you can get to it by just removing the bezel. I didn't think of it till later but is that a fuse or something possibly linked with the obc.

Any ideas would be helpful, I would like to get it working for the cruise to beamerfest this weekend.

They don't work or they don't calculate accurately? There is a coding plug in the OBC also.

Is the obc plugged into the cluster? Its the center plug.

There is a green plug in the back on the cluster for speed check to make sure that is plugged in. Not sure if it affects the obc, also there is a plug in the glove box left of the dme make sure that is plugged in . That plug in particular I know is required to make your ave mpg work

the green connector is only for cruise control, the VSS signal comes from the main connector on the cluster for the OBC. I think it's the yellow plug (whichever is in the middle).

the avg mpg comes from the cluster, not the DME. That is for the "code" function, used to shut off the DME so somebody can't start the car without entering in the 4-digit PIN.

That's for all the replies, everything in the cluster is plugged in and tight. Ill check the one by the glove box, hopefully that's it.
