      Dayton Audio ND25FN-4

I did get to this last night. As Luke mentioned, it is real easy to pry the tweeter out.

The DA tweeters have a bigger dome compared to the stock tweeters. They do interfere/touch the plastic cross brace present in the stock tweeter housing. The foam on one of them has disintegrated completely.

My plan is to either remove the cross brace or use an adapter before mounting the tweeter. I am just looking for 1-2mm.

Slide a small-ish flat blade screwdriver betweent he plastic and the magnet and give a little twist, sort of prying the tweeter outward. You may hear a little "crack" on the first twist, but you should hear it on the second for sure.

Do this little twist 3 or 4 times around the outside, it will pop right out.

Remember all you are doing is cracking 20 year old glue loose, it's really easy.

Oh man, I forgot about that, guess I have been doing too many E24s...

Seems to me though some of those pop out too, see if there is another way to remove it, i just can't remember.

Finally mounted the DA Tweeters to the pods. The circular housing that hold the stock tweeter do pop out as well, but you need to be careful while prying them out as too much twisting can leave bubble like texture around the tweeter grill on the outside.
For the cross brace, I took a dremel removed it.Also opened the cutout while i was there to accommodate the dome. Put everything back using some high quality super glue. Looks great!

Taken apart, you can see the cross brace on the left:
