I bump this, because 1) my e30 is dead 2) I just bought lukes box for a 12" and it arrived the day after my e30 is totalled. 3) I am purchasing a cabrio for 2.0.... is there really no way to get bass in the cabin of a vert?

Hey.. I have never seen a trunk for a cabby in real life. can someone tell me if I can fit Luke's box in it. I know it wont be flush. But I have a luke box that is still in the packaging box :( Can it at least go in and will it even be heard?

step 1:
relocate battery to trunk using a battery cable off a non-vert. Lose that 50lb weight out of the corner while you're at it.
step 2 should be obvious from theresigpic

ive got two grommets near the glovebox on the firewall that i was planning on using but id prefer to use one thats under the battery tray or close too it. My only other idea is to use the hole from removing the AC lines but id have no idea how to seal it up.RIP 84 323i coupe 5spd w/ 14psi
