I bump this, because 1) my e30 is dead 2) I just bought lukes box for a 12" and it arrived the day after my e30 is totalled. 3) I am purchasing a cabrio for 2.0.... is there really no way to get bass in the cabin of a vert?

Hey.. I have never seen a trunk for a cabby in real life. can someone tell me if I can fit Luke's box in it. I know it wont be flush. But I have a luke box that is still in the packaging box :( Can it at least go in and will it even be heard?

i wanna put it through that electrical conduit but i dont want to pull off that protecting stuff thats allready there lol.

step 1:
relocate battery to trunk using a battery cable off a non-vert. Lose that 50lb weight out of the corner while you're at it.

step 2 should be obvious from there

does anyone have a picture of the point on the firewall used for the power cable pass through?

I don't think your early car is gonna have that grommet...I punched out a metal plate.

ive got two grommets near the glovebox on the firewall that i was planning on using but id prefer to use one thats under the battery tray or close too it. My only other idea is to use the hole from removing the AC lines but id have no idea how to seal it up.
