do these wires come from the 3pin, correct?

Also, when you program the lock and unlock functions, do you want them set as "On Demand" or "Latch / Unlatch"?

What color is the trunk release wire? Which color wire should I splice in and which setting (On Demand or Latch/Unlatch) should I program the pop-trunk output? Can anybody give me some guidelines for trying to get a trunk-pop button to work on my remote?

the trunk only opens if you push the button... unless you install some door poppers (on the trunk) the trunk will stay closed until you push that little button on the trunk

I would also be in for a group buy. Looks like a sweet little mod.

edit: Err, I checked the date. Nevermind. But thanks for brining this thread to my attention anyway. Does anybody know if this guy still sell those things/where I could get one?

"mypushcart" on ebay sells them, and has some for sale right now. Oh, I'm ordering.

I'm bringing back an old thread b/c I purchased one of the Keyless Remotes. I was bringing it back up b/c I was wondering if anyone figured out how to make the signals blink when the buttons are pressed.

um... i install these units, they work for 2 days, and now it only locks/unlocks if the trunk is open and the remote is right up to the unit, i have the wire for the antenna extended up under the rear speaker deck, and even if i put the remote up to the end of the antenna, it still doesnt work. this is gay.

my unit crapped out a couple months ago, then ZXD reminded me how pimp it was on aim, and i bought another, just plugged it into my wiring, and BOOM everything worked again. its worth buying 2 of them a year to save wear and tear on the locks. its baaaack, and i love this thing.

    Finished

I won't say its REALLY EASY but its COMPARATIVELY EASY to many of the other things you can do, it was easy for me because I've installed my own radio and that taught me a lot. I use a crimp tool from radio shack, red butt connectors, and electrical tape to make everything clean and organized, I also used a piece of velcro to attach the unit to the trunk.

    <br><

By the way, I didn't wanna mess around and take chances of it not working based on other peoples experience in this thread so I used both harnesses that came with the receiver, I attached both blues and both greens.

The actual piece that is in the trunk, the receiver. That is which has the fuse.

If one of your REMOTES work though and the other doesn't thats because of the remote, if BOTH REMOTES DONT WORK THOUGH then the problem could be the receiver fuse.

Check your battery in your remote if that isn't working.

Thanks, mine doesn't work anymore. The second remote never did...I will have to check this.

Do you mean the actual piece that is in the trunk? I guess that would be the reiciver...

or the remote on my keychain?
