Yes. The radio does not come with adapters to a stock harness, but from some sellers it does come with a pigtail for the new radio. if yours does not, it's a fairly generic connector.

I got used radio connectors out of a VW, Should be able to find in any 90's VAG / Porsche.
I think it used the same pins terminals as the JPT connectors

Sound depends quite a bit on your setup, but it won't improve a system without an amplifier too much. Otherwise functionality and visuals seem good to me.

Mine currently sounds like crap.

But the census sounds like for it to better than stock you need an AMP.
