Could someone please tell me the colour code for this car, is it tech violett or daytona violett?

It's daytona, on the E30 it was only available on the design edition touring.

Was there 771 of this color made? I was told there was 250 total made and 60 of them were Macoblau.

I know of at least 3 macao 771 "full mtechs". You can check the macao thread in my sig, 1st post for details on 2 of them. reelzimpro (barry) owns one as well. I sold mine this past spring. enjoy it!
