the 3 lower left numbers before the slash (xxx/x) is the color code. You can go to a automotive paint supply store and have them punch those in, if they have paint software, and a formula will come up showing all the toners and quantities needed to mix that color.

I used to do that all the time at my old body shop with the PPG paint mixer.
